Frontline Pharmacy and Surgical now offers Over-the-Counter (OTC) Card Benefit where you can purchase Medicare-approved OTC medications and other health-related items conveniently. The card is preloaded with a predetermined amount, which can be used to purchase eligible OTC items in any of the participating retail pharmacies.

Steps to Use Your OTC Card Benefits

• 1. Activation

  Activate your card by calling 1-888-682-2400 or visit the OTC Network website at https://www.otcnetwork.com/Member/Account/LoginCardNo.

• 2. Visit a participating retailer

  You may use your OTC card at participating retail stores. Then, shop for approved products. Download the OTC Network mobile app to scan product barcodes to know whether or not the product is eligible.

• 3. Swipe it

  Swipe your OTC card or present your mobile barcode to pay for eligible purchases. If eligible, these purchases shall be automatically paid for up to your OTC card balance. For any remaining balance, another form of payment is required.
